Utilico Investment Trust plc (in members' voluntary liquidation)
Following the passing of resolutions proposed at the Second Extraordinary General Meeting held on 19th June 2007 at 10.00 a.m, the Scheme of reorganisation become effective and Utilico Investment Trust plc entered voluntary liquidation.
Shareholders and Warrantholders on the register as at the close of business on 8 June 2007 received shares and warrants in Utilico Limited and Utilico Finance Limited (a wholly owned subsidiary of Utilico Limited), the successor companies to the Utilico Investment Trust plc.
